How to submit an order for TPO/TPS

How to submit an order for TPO/TPS?

⚠️ Important note

Do NOT select a Collaborator on the “Submit” page in the Doctor Portal.
Instead, create your case first (but do not approve it) – and then add AlignerService as Collaborator afterwards.

 

New Case
  1. Create the case in the Doctor Portal.

  2. Upload complete records (incl. x-rays).

  3. Do not approve the case yet.

  4. Add AlignerService as Collaborator.

  5. Email us at TPS@AlignerService.com with your request for indexing or optimisation.

  6. You’ll receive a full case assessment and plan proposal within 24 hours.

Existing Case
  1. Open the case details page in the Doctor Portal.

  2. Select Revise and upload new records if needed.

  3. Add AlignerService as Collaborator.

  4. Email us at TPS@AlignerService.com with your notes/requests.

  5. We optimise and revise your case – unlimited revisions included on moderate/complex cases.

⚠️ Tip: Always wait for AlignerService to finish the optimisation process before approving your case. Approving prematurely may cause delays and unnecessary corrections.
